Our Approach

Risks can be managed and yield rewards

Experiments can be costly and risky but well worth the effort if the payout from a successful one is high enough.  Agile tools and other best practices help make the experiment as productive as possible.

Software design and implementation are both inherently complex.  By definition, there are unknowns until further work is done.  Risks should not deter you from a strategic endeavor if the budget has room since the rewards can be much higher than settling for the status quo.

THE WHY QUESTION

When you take a risk on a strategic project, you should be able to answer the question of why you are doing it.  Do you know what result would constitute a stellar success for your project?  If not, we should figure that out first!

We prioritize openness and communication.  Mutual trust and cooperation will take us farther faster.  It is not a win for us unless we all reach the summit together.  With that being said, we will weigh other, possibly superior solutions and not assume that only the first idea is the right one.  Thinking outside the box is essential to ensure we do not miss a better way.  By asking questions, we may improve your business process rather than shoehorning a solution into your existing one.  Our team has experience working with and working for firms that just try to rack up hours, and we want no part of that.  If we can deliver much sooner, we will.  We never want to lose our integrity along the way.
